Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or attending any class, pack or membership at Jassie Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment
All classes, packs and memberships must be paid in full prior to attendance. We accept payment via cash, credit card or bank transfer.
Class Packs and Expiry
All class packs and memberships are valid for a specified period based on the option purchased.
Class packs cannot be extended under any circumstances, including illness, travel or personal commitments. It is the responsibility of each student to attend and use their classes within the valid timeframe.
Unused classes will be forfeited upon expiry.
Cancellations and Credits
Classes must be cancelled at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a credit.
Cancellations made within less than 6 hours will result in the class credit being forfeited.
All credits must be used within the validity of your current pack or membership and cannot be transferred, extended or carried over.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds for classes, class packs or memberships. Credits will only be issued where cancellation has been made within the required timeframe.
Class Attendance
Students are responsible for managing their own bookings and attendance.
If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel your booking within the required timeframe. Where space allows, you may attend another class within your pack validity period.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of our students, participation in dance classes involves inherent physical risk.
Jassie Studios is not liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during classes or while on the premises. By attending, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Studio Conduct
Jassie Studios is a supportive and inclusive space.
All students are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards instructors and fellow students.
We do not tolerate disruptive or disrespectful behaviour, bullying, intimidation or inappropriate conduct.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate enrolment of any student who does not adhere to these standards.
Personal Responsibility
Students are responsible for their own progress, attendance and use of classes within the allocated timeframe.
Missed classes, late cancellations or failure to attend do not qualify for extensions, refunds or additional credits.
Photography and Video
Photos and videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be included, it is your responsibility to inform your instructor prior to the class.
Personal Belongings
Jassie Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please avoid bringing valuables to the studio.
Communication
We communicate with students via email and other relevant platforms. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are kept up to date.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
Jassie Studios reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued attendance constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Agreement
By purchasing and attending classes at Jassie Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
